We have just released our first barrel aged cider!
When we decided to make a barrel aged cider we started musing about it, as we tend to do, around family dinners, and many of us are bourbon fans. So we decided to make a bourbon barrel aged cider with our Apple Pumpkin Spice Cider. As it turned out, some freshly dumped bourbon barrels had just become available to us from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky where a certain species of holiday fowl type bourbon is made. This particular brand of bourbon had A LOT to do with the bird in Dottie's iconic mural on our label, and Ramona's historic place as Turkey Capital of the World once upon a time. We've all seen the lovely Dottie Richardson welcoming us to Ramona from the East for a few years now on a mural commissioned by the H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project. So, we thought we would bring you a bit of fun Ramona history and support the H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project while you enjoy our tasty cider.
It is the complete holiday dinner in a glass. You've got the turkey in the bourbon barrel, and the taste and smell of pumpkin pie in the Apple Pumpkin Spice cider. We think it will be a great addition to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner tables everywhere.

Cheers!
